The steps of the nursing process are not separate entities but overlapping, continuing subprocesses. Nonverbal Data

Methods of Data Collection

The main methods used to collect data are health interviews, physical examination, and observation.

Health Interview

The most common approach to gathering important information is through an interview. An interview is an intended communication or a conversation with a purpose,
