Comentários: I have been 100% satisfied with Elfsight for the customer service, clean user interface, and overall functionality/reliability. I feel confident that my widgets are always live on the site and working properly. Everything is fast and mobile friendly so customers always see an aesthetically pleasing website. I highly recommend this product for anyone who can’t use dedicated wordpress plugins. For instance, I use Squarespace, so a lot of the cheaper WordPress widgets are not compatible which made Elfsight apps a great alternative.
Elfsight provides pretty much every kind of widget your website could possibly need. You can select whatever app you’d like, then set everything up in a very user friendly interface. You can even further customize each app through custom CSS and if you aren’t sure how to achieve the right results, customer service will quickly provide the code you need (I’ve experienced this on numerous occasions). Plus, the apps are fairly priced compared to the competition. Everything is done month to month and they give increasing discounts for each additional app you subscribe to. My favorite part is the end result. Elfsight apps just flat out work and they look great! There is plenty of customization involved, so as long as you take the time to make everything match your brand, you will not be unhappy with the results. These apps are modern and truly pleasing to the eye.
I wish I could buy lifetime access to certain apps for a one-time fee that is higher. Being locked into a month-to-month subscription for every single widget can really add up over time. But it’s still worth it if you really know what you need and why you need it. There has been one instance with their maps widget where a custom CSS code was not available for fixing the problem. Customer service was helpful in every other regard but they admitted that this particular request I had could not be done this time, though they would work on it for future updates. Basically, I wanted the pop-up info box on map markers to be able to close if you clicked anywhere else on the map rather than clicking the “x”. It would increase functionality in the mobile versions specifically. However, they did help me with a couple other custom CSS codes that made this all easier anyways, so it wasn’t as necessary in the end.
